The NOVAER administration is composed by a board of executives, with the following members:

Graciliano Campos

President and CEO. Honorary member of the Brazilian Air Force. Mechanical engineer, graduated by Universidade de Brasília – UNB, in 1980. Graciliano has 25 years of experience in technology sectors and developing system in the aeronautical industry, having occupied leadership positions at Embraer and in system engineering companies, directing commercial, corporate marketing and sustainability areas.

Flávio Augusto Dadalto Armani

Legal Director. Lawyer, graduated by Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo - PUC/SP, in 1999. Flávio has over 15 years of experience in business Law, especially in the branches of administrative, corporate and contractual Law. Was a partner of Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Ópice Advogados, where he worked for over 10 years. Is responsible for the corporate and juridical areas of NOVAER.

Marcelo Ramon Ferroni

Technical Director. Aeronautic engineer, graduated by the Technological Aeronautics Institute – ITA in 1976 and an MBA Latu Sensu from FGV. With over 39 years of experience in aeronautical developments, in 24 of those years he participated in the genesis of the main Brazilian aeronautical products, and dedicated most of those other years in international projects abroad. Always associated with innovative products of superior manufacturability and quality. In NOVAER, is responsible for product engineering, manufacturing and quality assurance.

Heitor Fernandes Serra

Director of Operations. Aeronautical engineer, graduated by Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica – ITA, in 1961. With 21 years in leadership positions at Embraer, was its founder and commercial director. Has an eclectic and solid experience in the areas of engineering, production, programs, customer support, marketing and international Sales. Is responsible for the direction of operations, which include the coordination of the supply chain, subcontracting, PCP (planning and production control) and assembly. Heitor Serra is also a member of the coordination of the commercial area, whose functions are shared with the President.

Matheus Lettieri Junqueira

Managing and Financial Director. Business administrator, graduated from the Federal University of Lavras / MG, Executive MBA in Business Management from FGV. He has experience in the commercial and financial areas of the commodities sector, as well as planning, development, coordination of production and export of energy projects. Is responsible for the financial administration of NOVAER.

Are also key members of NOVAER:

Joseph Kovács

Mechanical engineer. Graduated by the Empire Hungarian College of Budapest, in 1947. Honorary member of the Hungarian Chamber of Engineers. Member of the Brazilian “National Engineering Academy” (“ANE”). Test pilot, having done 3 first flights of prototype aircrafts. Worked at Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas – IPT, at Centro Técnico Aeroespacial - CTA and was technical director of Indústria Aeronáutica Neiva, where he designed and developed the T-25 Universal e Regente aircrafts. Worked for 19 years at Embraer, where he was responsible for the design and development of the T-27 Tucano aircraft, that is operated today by over 25 air forces. Joseph Kovács was the chief designer and builder of the K-51 aircraft, in which is based the T-Xc project. His actuation in NOVAER is of consultant in developing projects.

Carlos Collares

Master in Materials Science and Engineering by the Federal University of Santa Catarina, em 2000. Mechanical engineer. Graduated by Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul – UFRGS, in 1974. Has 18 years of experience in aviation, as materials manager at Embraer, with a solid experience in the manufacturing processes area, as well as Project, materials and quality control. Has made important researches in the field of sintered metals and new composite laminates. Is a key element to the Project T-Xc, for his critical mission is to specify the appropriate carbon composites for aeronautical application, subject to certification, and provide reliable data for the dimensioning of the structural components.

Celso Dias Ferraz

Designer specialized in aeronautical projects. With 45 years of experience, started his activities at the Regente and T25 Universal projects at Embraer. Participated in the Bandeirante aircraft project and experienced the foundation of Embraer, where he worked for 30 years and participated on all of its aircrafts projects, including E170 e 190. Worked at Bombardier for 5 years. Occupied management positions at Embraer and as projects integrator at Bombardier. Has a solid experience in structural and mechanisms projects. Is responsible for the team of designers at NOVAER.

Paulo Henriques Iscold

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais – UFMG, in 1999, Master in Mechanical Engineering from the UFMG in 2001 and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the UFMG in 2004. He is currently assistant professor at the UFMG. Has experience in the area of Aerospace Engineering, with emphasis on aircraft projects, acting on the following topics: aircraft design, applied aerodynamics, flight dynamics, flight tests and optimization.
